Robert Langen Art Gallery will once again host Empty Bowls in collaboration with the Waterloo Potters' Workshop, with all proceeds going directly to the Food Bank of Waterloo Region.

The bowls will be on exhibition in the gallery from May 12 to 14, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On the day of the event, the gallery will open at 11:00 a.m. for guests to select their bowls and lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. in the Senate & Board Chamber.

2014 Soup Selections:

Sweet potato, sausage and spinach with sheep's milk feta

Smoked salmon and fingerling potato chowder

Fennel and apple puree with gala apple chips and grainy mustard

Lamb and green lentil with dried apricot

Pho Station - broth with rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, lime and chilies
